Terms of Service — Voam

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voam ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Voam is a marketplace for audio assets including vocals, beats, sample packs, loops, stems, and related audio content. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Purchases and Licenses

When you purchase a product on Voam, you receive a license to use that product as specified at the time of purchase. All sales are final. Non-exclusive licenses allow multiple buyers to purchase the same product. Exclusive licenses are sold to one buyer only and the product is removed from sale after purchase.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers on Voam retain ownership of their content and grant Voam the right to display and sell it on the Platform. Sellers receive 85% of the sale price. Sellers must ensure they own all rights to content they submit. Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. Voam reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any submission.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains explicit or offensive material, violates any applicable law, or misrepresents the nature of the content.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Voam does not store payment card details. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Voam charges a 15% platform fee on all sales.

7. Downloads

Download links are valid for 7 days and limited to 5 downloads per purchase. If you experience issues with your download, contact support within 30 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
