I didn't receive my download link

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, email support@voam.co with the email address you used at checkout.

My download link has expired

Download links expire after 7 days. Contact us with your order email and we'll send a fresh link.

I want a refund

Because audio files are digital downloads, all sales are final. If there's a technical issue with your file, contact us and we'll make it right.

I want to sell on Voam

Head to the Sell page to sign up as a seller. Once you're connected with Stripe, you can upload your first product.

How do payouts work for sellers?

Payouts are automatic via Stripe Connect. Your 85% share is sent to your connected Stripe account when a sale completes.
