1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: email address, display name, artist name, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and products purchased.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process purchases, deliver download links, send transactional emails (order confirmation, download links), communicate with sellers about their sales, and improve the Platform.

3. Sharing of Information

We share your information with Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for file storage. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Seller names and product information are publicly visible on the Platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain purchase records and license agreements indefinitely for legal and dispute resolution purposes. Account information is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. Cart state is stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Security

Files are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage. Download links are signed and expire after 7 days. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all communications.
